TCTA BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING
April 4, 2007


CALL TO ORDER:

President Stockley called the meeting to order at 5:20 p.m.

Those in attendance: Steve Stockley, Denzel Kesterson, Patti Ferguson, Patricia Mott, Lonnie Wilson, Ruby Starks, Marilyn Bridges, Laura Collins, Melissa Reed, Jackie Portman, K. Holland, Shawna Mott-Wright. Gracye McCoy was absent. We had 1 guest in attendance.


MINUTES:

Submitted by Secretary Mott. Approved as read.


FINANCIAL REPORT:

Explanation by Vice President Kesterson. The books are open for any member’s viewing. Contact the office if you would like to see them.


PRESIDENT’S REPORT: Steve Stockley

• A meeting regarding the North Side Incentive will be conducted prior to any memorandum of agreement on the amount of money or working conditions approved by TCTA.

• The “self insurance” by the District is an item to be discussed.


VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT: Denzel Kesterson


• The Legislature is tied up due to the Governor’s veto of several issues. All parties are upset with the Governor.

• The new email address for TCTA is: tcta@tulsacoxmail.com


OEA ADVOCATE’S REPORT: Linda Hendrix

• Linda Hendrix, OEA Advocate, was not present at the meeting.
